Kunio Matsuzaki

Born in Kochi Prefecture. Graduated from the Music Department of Kochi Prefectural Kochi Marunouchi High School. Graduated from the Music Department of Kurashiki Sakuyo University. To date, he has provided works to numerous performing groups and renowned musicians, including the NHK Symphony Orchestra, Nagoya Philharmonic Orchestra, Kobe City Chamber Orchestra, Zoorasian Brass, and Alto de Campagne. He participated as an arranger in the NHK Music Festival 2016-2019 and 2025 "Symphonic Gamers 1-5" (broadcast on NHK BS Premium). He held a solo exhibition in Okayama Prefecture in 2017. He received the 9th Gracia Music Award in 2024. In 2025, he participated as an arranger in YAMAHA's "Knock Turn Op.9-2". He is also active in various genres, such as assisting with arrangements for Kenji Ozawa's tour performances and songs. As a performer, he has appeared in numerous performances, including with the Nagaokakyo Chamber Ensemble. She studied violin under Yasue Miyauchi and the late Yuko Mori. She is self-taught in composition and arrangement.
